Typical return policy

If you are returning an order just cause you changed your mind,  just make sure to do it within the 30 days. Items that are okay to return are those that have not been worn or used and can be resold to someone else. The refund on your credit card will be the full purchase price less shipping, handling and insurance costs. If you are exchanging the merchandise, please use a separate piece of paper and indicate what you would like to order as a replacement.

If you receive something damaged or it is sent to you in error, please call us and a replacement will be issued immediately, and we will then issue a calltag for the merchandise. We understand that sometimes defects are not found within 30 days, so please remember to call us before thinking that it can’t be replaced. Products that have been misused, worn, or suffered abuse are not considered defective and will not be accepted.
